Pay As You Go (PAYG)

PAYG rates are billed per hour with a minimum of one hour and then in one minute increments. Rates start at £25.00 per hour for all services other than audio transcription which starts at £1.75 per audio minute for a good quality recording with one speaker. An invoice is issued on completion of the project (for ad-hoc clients) or at the end of the month for regular clients. Postage, printing, stationery etc is charged extra at cost. Please download our Terms & Conditions Form for full details.

Monthly Retainer Packages

Monthly retainer packages are payable in advance and are non-refundable but unused hours can be carried over for one month only. Clients on monthly retainer packages are guaranteed priority over PAYG clients. Payment is via Standing Order and paid on or before the 1st of each month.
